Please read specific details regarding this refundable Security/Damage Deposit provided in your lease agreement.

 

THIS DEPOSIT IS NECESSARY TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION

 

A damage/reservation deposit of $1,000.00 is required to hold your reservation.

This deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided ALL of the following provisions are met:

- No damage is done to the home or it's contents, beyond normal wear and tear

- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash, and soiled dishes are rinsed and placed in the sink or dishwasher.

- All keys are left and home is securely locked.

- No linens, towels are lost or damaged.

- No smoking in the home.

- BBQ is cleaned after use.
